Wilton Course 4 - Advanced Gum Paste Flowers

Course 1 is a pre-requisite. Prior completion of Course 3 is recommended.

Take your cakes to a whole new level with beautiful lifelike gumpaste flowers!  In this class, you'll learn to make stargazer lilies, gerbera daisies, briar rose, stephanotis and more!  You'll also learn how to create wired bouquets, and how to use color dusts to make your flowers come to life.  You'll be amazed at the artistic quality you can achieve!

For your convenience, below is a Class Supply Sheet for Course 4.  Please be sure to obtain all items listed on the supply sheet before coming to class.

• 9 in. Tapered spatula
• 4 in. Flower Forming Cups
• 9 in. Rolling Pin with Spacer Rings
• Decorator Brush
• Gum Paste Storage Board
• 10-Pc. Gum Paste/Fondant Tool Set or the following tools from Previous Courses
